David is a lifelong resident of Lubbock, TX. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University in 1985. Prior to joining KW Commercial David had 4 ½ years experience with a local commercial real estate firm, 13 years experience as a commercial loan officer with a local bank and 8 years experience as the business administrator at a large Church. He joins KW Commercial as the Managing Director of the Commercial Division and continues his specialization in Retail and Office Brokerage and Tenant representation. David completed his CCIM designation in 2007. He is a member of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce where he is on the business development board and active as a Chamber Ambassador. He is also a member of Caprock AMBUCS and is involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lubbock as a Big.  David has three children Michael, Josh and Rachel. He spends his time watching sporting events with his kids, fly fishing, wood working, officiating high school volleyball and bicycle riding.
Kelly KeeseeKelly Keesee
 
Kelly Keesee started in real estate in 2001 with Keller Williams Lubbock Market Center. He left it 2003 to specialize in commercial real estate brokerage with one of  Lubbock’s commercial firms and received the Texas Broker’s License in 2004. Since then Kelly has worked virtually all areas of commercial real estate including brokerage, leasing and property management in the Medical, Office, Retail, Industrial and Development markets.  Kelly received his BBA from Texas Tech University and has since worked in Banking, Oil & Gas Production, Farming and Ranching, Farm Equipment Sales and Title and Abstract Services. Kelly returned to Keller Williams Lubbock in 2009 in order to affiliate with KW Commercial, the national franchise’s recently launched commercial arm.

Mike CleavingerMike Cleavinger
 
Mike was born and raised on an irrigated farm in West Texas. He graduated from Springlake-Earth High School in 1972 and from South Plains College in 1974. He spent the next thirty years farming corn, cotton, wheat edible beans and raising cattle in that general area. In 1995 Mike and two partners originated Muleshoe Pea and Bean. This company was started for the purpose of cleaning, bagging and delivering various types of dry edible beans. In 2004 Mike got out of farming, received his real estate license and joined Keller Williams Realty. He has completed all of the classroom work to receive his CCIM designation and plans to sit for the final exam in the near future. Mike has been married to Criss, a local attorney, for thirty six years and they have two daughters, Mandy Helton of Lubbock and Cassidy Duran of Houston. Cassidy has recently graduated from medical school and has begun her surgical residency in Houston. Mike has one grand child.
Miranda WileyMiranda Willey
 
After being born in Lubbock, TX Miranda then moved across country where she spent most of her years in Lebanon, NH. She then went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. Miranda then returned home to Lubbock in 2000 where she began her career in Real Estate working with Minnix Homes and Commercial Construction. Miranda began investing in Real Estate in 2001 and now is part owner of over 250 rental properties. Miranda joined Keller Williams in 2005. In 2007 she helped create, and is President, of Agents in Action, an non-profit organization designed by the agents of Keller Williams to proactively respond to community needs and emergency situations.   Miranda is married with one child, Tatum. Her husband Jon is owner of Minnix Property Management and is also an agent at Keller Williams Realty. Miranda loves spending time with her 3 year old daughter, family and friends. She loves entertaining, traveling, art, and anything outdoors.
Wendy JonesWendy Jones
Wendy Jones has worked in the real estate business in the Lubbock area since 2004. She began in the residential housing market working in Lubbock and the surrounding communities. She has expanded her residential team to include a specialized buyers agent allowing for more focus and training in the commercial industry.
Wendy Jones began her CCIM training in 2008 and has primarily worked in the commercial field in retail sales, leasing and land sales. Wendy partners with others in the Keller Williams Commercial Team on many commercial transactions in order to give her clients the best service possible.
