Pam started with Keller Williams Realty Lubbock in at the time it opened its doors in June 2001. She brought with her 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. She received her real estate license in 1999 and her brokers license in 2006. Pam is currently serving her second term as a director of the Lubbock Association of Realtors.

I was born and raised in Lubbock Texas; I graduated from Monterey High School in 1980. I married Wayne in 1982; we have two sons Kyle and Lance. Kyle is an agent with Keller Williams Realty and Lance is a student at Texas Tech University. Wayne and I have been owner/operator of Rawls Enterprises since 1985. I was employed from 1980 through 1990 with Barclays American Financial; I was office assistant manager/credit manager. I was a stay at home mom from 1990 until receiving my license in 2002. I became a certified EMT/D and served as a volunteer first responder with the Ransom Canyon Volunteer Fire Department for many years. I received my license in 2002, since receiving my license I have closed over $14.7 million in production with 141 transactions. I have certifications in: Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified New Home Specialist, and Residential Construction Certified. I currently serve on the TREPAC committee, and have served on the MLS and Education committee in the past. I love real estate and meeting new people.
I believe in hard work, dedication, and commitment. I am now the productivity coach with Keller Williams Realty. My goal is to help agents understand and grasp the concept of real estate and how to develop their careers into being productive and career oriented agents. In the past I have coached in both basketball and softball with the same concept that it takes a team effort to succeed. I believe in the concept that together everyone achieves more making it a TEAM effort for all involved. I am proud to be a team member of the Keller Williams Lubbock market center.

I was born and raised in Lubbock and I’m never leaving! I love the Lord most of all! You will always see me laughing or smiling…what good does a frown do?! I love to ride horses, hunt, fish, hike and anything else outdoors. Animals, photography, and traveling are a few of my passions. I adore my family, they keep me laughing! I have 3 sisters, 3 brothers-in-law, 3 nieces, 1 nephew and 2 amazing parents! Without all of these things I wouldn’t be me!
I am the DOFI (Director of First Impressions) here at KW and I LOVE it! I love all the people I have met since I’ve been here, and I meet new ones every day! I like to make people smile and laugh when they walk in the door and I always give everyone the chance to have a GREAT day. I’m so blessed to have a place to come to in the morning that I love. I wouldn’t trade this life for the world!

I was born and raised in West Texas and will more than likely never leave my native land. I am in love with the people here and the land. If you ever catch me in my element you will see me in worn cowboy boots and blue jeans. My passion is God, my horses, family, and I am learning to love real estate more and more each and every day.
